Refund:

• If the order is canceled by the customer 48 hours before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.

• If the order is canceled by the customer 36 hours before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.

• If the order is canceled by the customer less than 24 hours before the delivery date, no refund will be made.

Return & Replace:

If customer not satisfied with item for any reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if :

• Faulty items.
• Items damaged in transit

Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.
